“Life is what happens when you’re busy making other plans”

We understand that sometimes life throws us curve balls and the best laid plans end up on the cutting room floor so we ask is that you try to give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  This will allow us to see someone else who is waiting for assistance.

Whilst we understand and try to accommodate for extenuating circumstances, consistent last minute cancellations leave us with no option but to refuse service.
